Whether you lead others or whether you wish to create good habits for yourself, The Coaching Habit by Michael Bungay Stanier is an excellent read. There are many take aways – one I like is the ease of creating a new habit. Follow this simple process: “when this happens (fill in the blank)” – “instead of (fill in the blank/old habit)” – “I will (fill in the blank/new habit)”
